• Handle all of the detail work, negotiations, explain all written documents, and give you a copy of everything you sign.

 

• Refer you to a mortgage company to help you get Pre-Approved for a home loan that fits your specific financial needs.

 

• Be available to answer any questions that you may have during the buying process.
